Furever – Terms of Service

Welcome to Furever, a mobile application developed by Lollapalooza Lab ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Furever app and any related services provided by us.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Description of the Service
Furever is an AI-powered mobile app that allows users to upload images of their deceased pets and generate fictional, photo-realistic scenes of their pets living joyful adventures in a fantasy afterlife setting (“Rainbow World”).
2. User Content
You may upload photos and optional information about your pet. You retain all rights to your uploaded content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to upload any content that:
- You do not have permission to use
- Contains offensive, harmful, or illegal material
- Infringes on the rights of others
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Furever app (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Lollapalooza Lab. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or included software.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Furever offers paid subscriptions and in-app purchases for credit-based usage. Prices and features are listed within the app and are subject to change. All purchases are processed via the App Store and subject to its terms.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You may delete your account at any time. To request deletion of your data, email us at support@lollapaloozalab.com.
6. Disclaimers
The Furever app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or emotional outcomes of the generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lollapalooza Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lollapalooza Lab from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

The original concept and design of Furever were jointly created by Bill Tang, Eric Zhou, Hui Xu, Patrick Hu, and Yun Xiao (listed in alphabetical order by last name). These individuals are recognized as the original authors. This attribution shall remain in effect at all times, notwithstanding any subsequent change in the ownership, operation, or maintenance of the App, or any change in the employment status of any of the named individuals.
